Moved away from the coast for Easter weekend as everything was getting very busy. Stayed at another free camp on Lake Wellington. The lake is over 30kms across and 60kms long and you can work your way all the way down to Paynesville if you had a boat. In the morning the whole place is covered in thick mist and the lake is very calm like a mirror. However, by the afternoon there was always a strong wind and the lake had waves. Went on a walk and came across a big snake again not sure what type it was, he slithered off into the bushes. There was a stand up paddle boarder who went out every day in the mist so I took some lovely photos of him appearing out of it. He liked them.
