Alau Beach

A great beach and campsite with a small pool. Hardly anyone there the place was empty only about five caravans I think everyone heading home as the school holidays are over. At least Alau had drinking water so we were able to fill up the tanks before we head south. The town itself is very rough lots of abandoned cars, stray dogs, wild horses and rubbish. Only one small supermarket here. It’s a bit odd that you have to weave through the residential streets to get to the campground. Worth it when you get there.

The golf club is Simon’s crocodile protection!!!
